Soul Bloom: Wellness Retreat for Girls 9-11

Soul Bloom is a transformative retreat designed to help tween and girls (9-11) cultivate emotional wellness through movement, creativity and community.

In a supportive and uplifting space, participants will explore:

• Mindful Movement & Yoga - Build strength, flexibility and inner balance while connecting with your body.
• Creative Expression - Use art as a tool for self discovery and emotional release.
• Breathwork & Guided Visualization - Develop calming techniques to manage stress and enhance focus.
• Community Connection - Share experiences, build friendships, and grow together in a judgement-free space.

Soul Bloom is a journey toward self-love, confidence, and inner peace. Here, every girl in encouraged to bloom in her own unique way.

MEET THE TEACHERS:
Ashley Holladay and Lisa Willett have over 40 years of combined professional experience teaching mindful movement modalities including yoga and dance. They are both fine artists and mothers of adolescents, and are passionate about introducing youth to tools for emotional regulation and well being.
