Running every Wednesday during October.

All levels Yoga 6.30 - 7.30pm

£10 Drop in.

A blend of various yoga styles mixed into an hour class your mind, body & spirit will love.

Using essential oils, crystal sound singing bowls and relaxation techniques that will leave you feeling great 🙏

All levels welcome!
