“Sound Journey”

Celebrate the energy of the Summer Solstice with “Sound Journey”-an evening of ❤️ opening cacao, smudging, ecstatic dance and a deeply immersive sound bath. This experience invites you to move freely, connect deeply, and rest in sound. Align with the seasons shift through movement, intention, and inner stillness.

Our intention for this experience is to create a safe, open space where everyone can move freely, listen to their bodies, and connect with themselves in a way that feels natural and true. Through, dance we let go of tension, shift energy, and reconnect with our bodies. Through sound, we allow space for rest, reflection, and balance. There is no right or wrong way to participate---only what feels right for you in each moment. We are here to support your experience with presence, care, and respect for wherever you are on your journey.
