I am feeling this this call to gather inside the heart of Mary Magdalene Chapel to honour grief at the height of summer. I lost my mother at noon on a sunny summer day. The contrast of the brightness and cheerfulness of the world sometimes make it even more difficult to process grief.
Collaborating with @ahu_vision, we will weave the healing resonance of sound thru hypnotic flute songs, intuitive voice, monochord, Tibetan bowls and mantras to hold you in a sonic container to feel the presence of our hearts.
You are invited to bring a photo, flowers, or meaningful objects to co-create an altar of remembrance for our departed loved ones.
