We feel deeply honoured to be hosting the much loved and revered Swami Atmananda here on the sacred land of Avalon (a.k.a Glastonbury) and warmly welcome you to join us for what promises to be a profoundly inspiring event.
Swami Atmananda is a teacher of the Direct Path of Non-Duality according to the tradition of Advaita Vedanta, and the spiritual head of Ajatananda Ashram in Rishikesh India. He offers satsangs and retreats, both in India and overseas.

It is the ultimate Reality, beginningless and endless. It is beyond description though it has been formulated in diverse ways at diverse times by all the great religious traditions of the world, and directly known and experienced by the sages. It cannot be grasped by the intellectual mind, but can only be recognized as our True Nature through ‘no mind’. ”

On this rare and auspicious occasion we will have three evening meetings comprising of a short kirtan (devotional singing), a meditation, a talk on the non dual nature of Consciousness and Reality followed by an interactive Q&A with Swamiji.
The event will take place in the beautiful Sambogaya retreat centre at the foot of the mythical Glastonbury Tor and will run for three evenings between 7-9pm. You are most welcome to join for one, two or all three evenings though it's recommended to join for all three as a collective energy is built and a deepening into the teachings tends to occur.
Teachings are always offered free of charge and on a donation basis yet due to limited capacity we are placing a £12 fee per evening which will help to cover minimal costs and to ensure no spaces are wasted. We thank you for your understanding on this matter.
