Learn How to Draw Workshop

Join local artist Tina Dodd for this inspiring workshop learning how to draw three dimensional forms on the two-dimensional surface of your paper. By the end of the session you will have built the confidence to have a go at drawing almost anything!

Some fun warm-up exercises will get this session going before you have a go at drawing everyday objects and there will be some surprising hints and tips along the way. Perfect for beginners and improvers you will all go home with lots of sketches to hopefully inspire you further!

Materials to bring:

* A4 Sketchbook, pencils, rubber and a pencil sharpener
* A couple of items from your kitchen wrapped in a tea towel such as a jug, vase, teapot, mug
* A couple of photographs of garden birds
* Coloured pencils if you have any
