This is for � anyone who has been in a toxic relationship, high-demand group, high-control religion or family of origin. Survivors of abuse or coercive control, whether by an individual or a group.
2-5.30 pm: Discussion of tools and approaches of what has helped in my lived experience to break free of coercive control and its lasting impacts on my life, body and mind.
Somatic guided meditation to look at where coercive control is still held or still holds you in your body.
Journaling and reflection prompts, looking at what it was you were seeking that lead you to place trust in these groups or people.
Symbolic letting go of any physical objects or beliefs which still tie you to the coercive control (group/individual).
Simple, solo cord cutting ritual.
5-6 pm: White spring - private hire just for us!
Will include short guided part followed by self-guided quiet reflection/integration time, and personal time to take a dip in the well.

any objects which you associate with the coercive control and are ready to let go of
a journal if you have one,
swimming costume for the spring (optional).
Bring bottles if you want to fill up on spring water! Cash for optional donation to the White Spring.
The White Spring at Glastonbury is a spring inside a cave, it has long been used as a space for release and purification in its waters which are deep enough to dip/swim in.
The hour at White Spring is free of charge and therefore not factored into the cost of the workshop.
