Rattlebox Theatre Presents: The Misadventures of Thor

Rattlebox and Angel Heart Theatre present ancient Nordic tales in a comedic romp through the life and times of the Viking gods. A family show skilfully blended puppetry and storytelling with larger-than-life characters.

The Misadventures of Thor is a crowd-pleaser for anyone who loves a mix of myth, laughter, and theatrical magic.

THOR! Tall…brave…strong…but none too bright. Sometimes his days are not always full of heroic thunder, but instead are filled with hapless blunder!

Like the day he was almost married to a grumpy giant. Or when he was short-changed as the golden presents were handed out. And then there was the time he had to be rescued by his son, Magni, who was only three days old… how embarrassing!

These ancient Nordic tales are brought to you by Ulf, Odd and Gróa the sorceress, in a comedic romp through the life and times of the Viking gods.

Rattlebox and Angel Heart Theatre present this family show with their usual flair for skilfully blending puppetry, storytelling and larger-than-life characters into a performance full of wonder and delight!

Performances and Seating
There will be three performances throughout the day:
11.00 am
12.30 pm
2.00 pm

You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance starts. There are toilets (including accessible toilet) and a café 1 minute walk away.
