Breathe and Receive - A Journey through Breath & Sound Healing
An Evening of Conscious Connection Thursday 31st July at The Gables, Glastonbury 7:00 – 9:30pm
Join us for an intimate and nourishing evening of breath work and sound healing, two powerful practices woven together to guide you home to yourself.
We begin with Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), a simple yet deeply effective practice that gently connects the inhale and exhale into a continuous flow. This way of breathing helps quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system and bring you into deeper presence with your body and emotions.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a practice where the breather intentionally connects their inhale and exhale without any pauses in between. It is a simple yet profound somatic practice which helps to develop a deep level of self awareness and connection to self.
Led by Yasmin, an experienced and trauma-informed practitioner, this breath journey is a held and loving space for self-awareness, healing and softening. As you breathe with intention, you may notice old tensions begin to release, your heart space open and a sense of inner spaciousness arise.
CCB has many therapeutic benefits and is widely used to tap into the body's innate healing capacity, improving overall physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

After our breathwork session, we’ll take a quiet pause, time to sip tea, share (if you feel called) and gently integrate.
Then, you’ll be invited to lie back and receive a crystalline sound bath, a deeply restful journey guided by frequency and vibration. The breath journey prepares the body beautifully for this experience, opening the heart, calming the mind and deepening the connection to your inner landscape this way the healing tones of sound can land even more fully.
This is an evening of doing and receiving, of conscious connection and gentle restoration. Whether you’re new to this work or returning to deepen your practice, you are warmly welcomed.
