💫 About Level One
Reiki Level One (Shoden) is the starting point of your Reiki journey. It’s a personal process of self-care and wellbeing. Some people notice profound changes, while others experience a steady sense of peace and connection.
You’ll learn how to work with Reiki energy for yourself, with gentle guidance and plenty of support - no previous experience is needed.
📚 Course Outline (5 weekly sessions)
Session 1: Introduction to Reiki & preparing for attunement
Session 2: Attunement – a beautiful experience of opening to Reiki, beginning your 21-day practice
Session 3: Practising Reiki techniques with peers, building confidence
Session 4: Developing your technique, working with different partners
Session 5: Certificate presentation
