About the event

how I became a butterfly: reading and Q&A(BOOKING ESSENTIAL)
So excited and honoured to be collaborating with More Than Fibro for this event which will see me sharing about my own health journey from diagnosis with the condition in May 2009 through to the fulfilled life I live today.

I'll read from the book, share one of the holistic practices featured in it and I'll also take some questions about my story, the book in general and the wellbeing tools featured in it.

the event is free to attend (donations on the day to MTF appreciated) but booking is essential and places are limited.

ps you don't need to have/buy a copy of the book to attend but copies will be available on the day should you wish to purchase one.
