Holon's Christmas Run and Recover Special

Join us for the last of our Run and Recover Series in 2025. We are starting at Holon, running through town and stopping off at 2 wonderful homeless shelters on route (Blue Triangle and Simon Community). We will then end back at Holon for some breathwork and ice baths and some warm cosy drinks.

This event is free of charge. We ask, however, that you bring donations for the shelters we will be visiting during our run. The shelters have requested:

* Toiletry gift sets (male & female)

* Hats, gloves, socks (male & female)

* Treats (sweets / chocolates / selection boxes)

* Hot water bottles

* Kettle food - pot noodles, cup a soup, porridge pots etc

2:45 -3pm meet at Holon (2:45pm for those who haven't filled out waivers for ice bath)

3:00pm Run begins

3:30pm Stop at our First shelter Blue Triangle (Sauchiehall Street)

4:00pm Stop at our Second shelter Simon Community Scotland (Argyle Street)

4:30pm Stop at Kelvinway for group photo

4:45pm back to Holon for Ice Bath and Breathwork (both optional)*

5:30pm End of event

*please remember to bring a towel and your swimwear, and your best festive gear!!
