About this Event

Handling Difficult Workplace Behaviours: Sexual Harassment, Discrimination & Change

Starts at 9am for networking and a light breakfast, commencing formally at 9.30am.

This session provides employers with an essential update on recent changes to the Equality Act, focusing on discrimination developments and the heightened risks associated with managing sexual harassment complaints in the workplace.

Through real-world scenarios, our speakers explore how Equality issues typically unfold, the potential reputational consequences, and the litigation risks organisations now face. Participants will gain practical strategies to mitigate discrimination risks, strengthen internal processes, and reduce cost exposure.

Real case studies will be presented for discussion, giving attendees the opportunity to analyse how complaints arise and how they can be effectively managed.

Guidance will be provided on handling protected conversations at work, ensuring managers understand how to conduct them lawfully and confidently.

The event will conclude with an open Q&A, allowing delegates to raise live issues and receive expert guidance tailored to their current challenges.

Event close 11am.
