This is Yoga that meets you where you are, no experience needed. A gentle fully supported yoga class suitable for all ages and abilities, guided by Katharine. Perfect if you’d like to enjoy the benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor or simply want a slower steadier space and meet new friends while you’re here.
You’ll leave feeling more mobile, balanced and deeply relaxed – your way.
If you would like to bring someone with you, a carer, helper, or someone for support, they are very welcome to come along and wait with you during your class. While we are on the top floor, we do have a lift that will bring you straight to the studio reception.
Chair Yoga is part of our teacher training and is something we love to teach. You will be surprised by all the variations you can get from each pose all in the support of a nice comfortable chair.
All you need to bring is comfy clothes, water and your good self. Looking forward to welcoming you to our studio.
