Breathe & Draw

Whether you consider yourself a stuck creative, someone with no artistic streak or are just curious about exploring your own form of creative expression, this workshop is for you! Spoiler alert: we all have a unique creative spark, waiting to be discovered!

In this workshop you will:

• Use techniques to gently explore and shift creative blocks.

• Work with the breath to build and flow with your innate creative energy.

• Explore structured and free flowing forms of creative expression, mostly with a focus on drawing-based activities.

No experience or prior skills necessary! The idea is to come together in a supporitve and inclusive space where we can bring play and curiosity to our creations, experiment and share along side each other.

Supplies will all be provided, no need to bring anything.

Exact location will be shared upon booking. The workshop is in a home based setting so expect cosy vibes. There are two sphynx cats in the property in case anyone is not ok with cats - they are a hairless breed though so tend to be ok for allergy sufferers.
