Girls only introductory Martial Arts class

Attention all ladies, Girls 7+, mums and daughters!

Are you looking for a fun activity for the school holidays? Do you want to learn self defence in a fun and engaging atmosphere? Do you want to build self esteem and confidence? But you are a little worried you might get hurt? Then look no further!
Matt Fiddes Martial Arts Gladstone is offering fun filled ladies/girls only introductory class. No previous experience necessary

Class will be in the morning but exact time to be finalised. Depending on final numbers, we will either run classes for girls and ladies separately or together.

Cost: $10 per participant plus $10 for board breaking (optional)
How to apply: just select going in this post and turn up in the day.
What to wear/bring: Wear comfortable exercise clothes. No shoes required. Bring a towel and drink
