With a calendar boasting over 200 shows a year across Australia’s most heaving, party-heavy venues, corporate events and iconic parties on the calendar like Melbourne Cup, the DLE profile is renowned with thriving dancefloor.
Feeding hands-in-the-air housevibes, hard-hitting drops, bangers for raging good ol’ time and a plethora of delicious vocals for the RnB enthusiast, David Le knows when an upbeat takeover needs to roll on in.
Tapping at the boundaries and ensuring music is the key to keeping the vibe alive, a girls night out wild and a break-up less damaging, the DJ in DLE has zero tame and isn’t about to start toning it down now. Known to throw around the cheesiest of girly throw-backs to a modern day Justin Bieber mixup- David has dance-ready pop in the bag too! Studio vibes flow a little different, basking in proper house and future house hues, giving every remix he delivers exactly what it deserves. This leaves the door open for a very busy 2018 on the original music front, having recently signed a highly anticipated release with Central Station Records.
In the club, the DLE name is eminent. From Sydney’s Ministry of Sound Club, RnB Fridays, Scary Canary and The Argyle to Melbourne’s Lucky Thursdays, Cloud 9, Shooters on the Gold coast, the late Future Music Festival and global pioneer Pacha- this DJ has a spot cemented with his name on it. Having lined up on bills with Martin Garrix, Tchami, Peking Duk, What So Not, Zedd and local heros Will Sparks , Timmy Trumpet and Tigerlily, it is a guaranteed party when DLE is on the set list. With versatility in his veins, David fits the fire he throws down.
It’s no surprise the DLE studio calibre is also fitting, delivering house music and its counterparts with savvy decorum. The last couple years has seen some undeniable acclaim from David, having secured #16 spot for his remix of Olsen & Third Floor’s ‘Lost In You’ featuring Boswell, while his official and explosive radio-friendly remix of Alex Preston’s ‘Intro Mania’ nailed #31 on the ranks. To most recently in 2018 releasing his first original single in 2018 called “Take Me there” which hit a high #18 on the Aria Charts with support from both Timmy Trumpet and Don Diablo. This has opened up the doorway for his future music productions and a huge anticipation from the clubs’ highly celebrated party DJ.
In between dance floors he also delivers a monthly mix tape aptly named The DLE Show with iconic guests and previously over the years have been asked to do guest mixes on 2Day FM, Raw FM and The Edge on 96.1. Whether you’re on his dancefloor or on a private listening party for one, the DLE sound boldly steps into the spotlight.
