32nd Governance Boot Camp: Basic Class

The Governance Boot Camp is a governance best practice and leadership capacity building program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed successfully implement the Performance Governance System (PGS) framework in their organizations.

The Basic Class focuses on the fundamental concepts of the PGS such as strategy design and execution. The class is an ideal starting point for organizations interested in learning about the PGS. This is also a great refresher course for institutions that have been inactive in the governance pathway.
