Kundalini Monthly Class

Kundalini monthly in person class Monday 18 August 7pm.Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. It begins at the base of the spine and coils up to the top of the crown chakra and beyond. In Kundalini, we use breath, sound, movement, mantra and mudra to realign our body back to balance.We come back to our core essence. We call it the "Sat Nam" identity.Class is 50min long.Cost is Regular price is $20. Casual visit $25.Venue: Gladesville Library. 6 Pittwater Rd Gladesville.Facilitator is Anthony.
