hot smoked salmon, fried capers, roasted cauilflower and a warm lemon caper white wine vinaigrette.

TRUFFLED CRAB RISOTTO 
crab, roasted cremini mushroom and truffle risotto cooked in a house made seafood stock topped with lump crab and garnished with lemon zest

LOBSTER RAVIOLI
hand rolled pasta with a lobster ricotta filling tossed in house made vodka sauce

BACCALA AND POLENTA
salt cod cooked in a cream garlic sauce served over creamy sun-dried tomato polenta topped with Green Dirt Farms tomme cheese and herbs
