・After cooking, we’ll all enjoy the meal together, so lunch is included. Any leftover food can be taken home.

・In my classes, I strive to use organic or pesticide-free vegetables, or locally sourced produce from Okinawa. I also aim to use natural Japanese ingredients to create healthy and delicious meals.
・I avoid GMOs and artificial seasonings as much as possible, so you can enjoy food that’s both safe and tasty.
