To Whom It Many Concern, a personal journal intertwining heartbreaking poetry, is a story not of survival, but of survivance. This dark, emotional story explores the power of friendship, loyalty, abuse, and the will to exist – if not in life – then certainly in words. Local author C. F. Villa’s fifteen-year journey to complete his novel bleeds onto every page.
