Mark Lee Dickson from Right to Life Across Texas will present on Sanctuary City / County for the Unborn ordinances, state pro-life legislation, and the Comstock Act. Dickson has been involved in the passage of over 80 city and county ordinances across 7 states. Dickson's efforts at the local level have helped pave the way for the Texas Heartbeat Act and helped inspire the attack on abortion found in Project 2025.
