Join us for a day where Hartford HealthCare Ayer Neuroscience multiple sclerosis specialists and treatment team members provide the most up-to-date information on navigating the diagnosis of MS. Join board certified neurologists and co-directors of the Hartford HealthCare Immunology Program, Dr. Brian Wong and Dr. Derek Smith, as they talk about the latest in MS treatment, and learn about resources to help navigate living with MS easier for patients and caregivers.
