Move & Give Back Classes last around 75-90 minutes and consist of beginner to moderate movements for Pilates and Yoga. All bodies who want to move are welcome (and encouraged) to attend; personalizations for Pilates and Yoga will be available for those who are new to movement. You are encouraged to bring your own mat. There are no refunds; if you cannot attend, and have registered, your entire fee will go to the nonprofit. The overall goal is to help raise awareness, money and support the nonprofit.
