Every artist faces self-doubt at some point—the feeling that you’re not “good enough,” that your successes don’t count, or that someone will eventually find out you’re a fraud. That feeling has a name: Imposter Syndrome.
In this Art Lab, we’ll break down the myths around imposter syndrome and reframe it as a natural (and often necessary) part of creative growth. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to identify self-sabotaging thoughts, manage comparison spirals, and continue creating even in moments of doubt.
Through discussion, guided exercises, and supportive conversation, artists will:
- Learn to recognize imposter syndrome when it arises
- Understand how it can signal growth rather than failure
- Build personalized strategies to keep showing up with confidence
- Leave with tools to navigate creative lows and external pressures
This session is designed to help you strengthen both your creative practice and your mindset, ensuring you can keep moving forward with clarity and courage.
