Water Aerobics Thursdays 8:30 am- Session THREE

Water aerobics is a fantastic cardiovascular workout without the stress on your joints. It also tones, strengthens, and refreshes! Join Desert Swim School's certified instructor. She will also offer options and modifications for those who might need them. Space is limited! Must bring key fob to access pool.
