JULY 5 & (maybe) 6: GARLIC HARVEST
It's the most fun holiday of the year (according to Amie), no, not the 4th of July, but our annual garlic harvest!
We will be harvesting, cleaning, sorting, and storing all our garlic this weekend. Join us from either 8-12 or 1-4 or stay all day! We will take a lunch break from 12-1 PM for a potluck lunch (please bring a dish or side to share).
There are a variety of jobs to do at garlic harvest, including jobs that are mostly in the shade and not labor-intensive. We welcome people of all skill levels to come join us for this big, rewarding project. You will get to take home some fresh garlic.

*Things to Know*
Please arrive a few minutes before the start of your event so you can get parked and signed in by the start time listed for the event.
Please dress appropriately: wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty and bring sun and rain protection as necessary (hats, sunscreen, raincoat, etc).
Please bring a water bottle. We have drinking water on the farm.
In general, we need folks to arrive on time and plan to stay for the whole volunteer shift you've signed up for. If you need to make alternate arrangements, please indicate your needs when you RSVP.
We work in all kinds of weather! In case of very severe weather, we will modify the time of the shift or cancel. We will do our best to communicate changes to the plan and ask that you communicate with us as well if you need to change your plans.
