Polaris PT & Wellness will be at our gym providing FREE injury screens!

If you have had any aches, pains, or mobility issues, we have a great opportunity for you heading into Elite Edge Fitness!

On July 23, 2025, Polaris PT is back and will be performing free injury screens at our gym. This was such a hit last time that we added another day just for you!

He is a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in treating weightlifters, powerlifters, CrossFit athletes, and runners.

It’s pretty simple to sign up, but you do need to sign up. You can simply follow the link below or scan the QR code on the fliers in the gym.

These will be free 20-minute-long mini appointments where you can ask a sports physical therapist any questions you have.

We definitely recommend you check this out, because we want you to be able to push yourself and train with us for a long time, and these screens are a great resource.
