Meet the Finalists: Chief of Police Community Engagement Session

Join us on Thursday, Sept. 4, from 4 to 6 p.m. for a special community engagement session with the finalists for Gig Harbor’s next Chief of Police.

This is your chance to meet the candidates in person, hear from them, and share your thoughts with the city.

This session is all about listening and learning, we want your voice to help inform the process. Instructions on how to provide feedback on the candidates will be shared at the event. This is a public meeting. No RSVP required.

This session is designed as a community-focused event for residents to meet the finalists. We ask that members of the media respect that purpose by listening and observing without monopolizing candidate time. Reporters are welcome and encouraged to share their individual impressions through the public feedback survey, and dedicated media availability with the selected Chief of Police can be coordinated through the city’s communications department following the final appointment.
