Do you feel alone, stuck or overwhelmed in your experience of Grief?
Or maybe you are feeling ‘secondary symptoms’ like irritability, depression, or anxiety?
Have you had major (or minor) life transition that doesn't feel quite 'metabolized' in your system?
Are you interested in, and possibly new to, gently exploring what it might mean to 'dance' in a more harmonious way with Grief?
Do you want to mark the turn of the season in a sacred way, close to the Earth and among friends?
If so, this practice is for you.
This is a gentle, beginner-appropriate approach space for all the things that tend to get unattended and backlogged in our physical, energetic and collective body.
Rooted in sensory pleasure, nourishment, movement and artistic expression, and direct contact with the land and natural elements, we will practice making room the often dis-located spirits and beings such as Grief, Rage, Anger, Sadness, and Hopelessness, while also practicing remaining connected to Neutrality, Gratitude, Pleasure and Joy and the guiding elemental spirits of the Equinox season.
Consider this a kind of cultural and energetic “hygiene” practice.
