Women’s Intro to Jiu Jitsu

Women’s only intro session to jiu jitsu. Come train with us in a welcoming safe and friendly beginner class. $20 drop in, spaces limited (15 max).

Please wear work out attire, no jewelry, nails clipped and bring your water bottle. Message us for more details.
