ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
~ Abneet Sandhar is a master Feminine Embodiment Coach, certified Holistic Nutritionist + Natural foods Alchemist/ Chef. She is the founder of "The Nourished Woman" for 8 years now since 2017. She has completed multiple leadership trainings with Awakening Woman’s Institute, most recently becoming a woman’s temple facilitator in Boulder, CO in May 2019, and completed 2yr classical Indian tantra yoga teacher training with Arkaya Yoga. Born of North Indian ancestry, Abneet is on a mission to help people decolonize the mind and body, and bring more inclusion and diversity to the wellness industry.
Abneet is OBSESSED with guiding women back to her inner healing capability, sacred self-care, and reclaiming inner power. A former academic and school teacher (Abby has 2 previous degrees: one in Humanities/Psychology and one in Education) her soul yearned to meld the metaphysical + theoretical learnings with living practice + embodiment of ancient truths. A former burlesque model, nude art model and life-long dancer, she encourages women in her practice to enter their bodies more fully in order to show up deeper in every aspect of their lives and LIVE her practice for real; In self care, in intimate relating, communication, money, sex.
She currently facilitates ongoing international Nourished Woman retreats, New + Full moon circles, Sacred Feminine embodiment and empowerment courses that span 8 weeks, both in Vancouver and on the Coast, and 1:1 Embodied Woman coaching online that spans over 12 weeks.
