DPAC meetings are typically scheduled for the fourth Thursday of each month during the school year, with the exception of the months of December, March and June when meetings are not held.
DPAC meetings start at 7:00 PM and will be a hybrid model of in-person and virtual at rotating locations and Teams.

September 25, 2025: Elphinstone Secondary Library/ Teams
October 23, 2025: Chatelech Secondary Library/ Teams
November 27, 2025: School Board Office Boardroom/ Teams
January 22, 2026: School Board Office, Gibsons/ Teams
February 26, 2026: Early Years Centre, Sechelt/ Teams
April 23, 2026: School Board Office, Gibsons/ Teams
May 28, 2026: Early Years Centre, Sechelt/ Teams
