Demo & Dine at Gibsons Public Market

Experience the warmth and flavour of the Mediterranean in this immersive Demo & Dine evening with Liat. Together, you'll explore the art of creating a vibrant feast that celebrates fresh, wholesome ingredients and timeless culinary traditions.

Learn how to prepare a bright, herb-filled tabbouleh salad, perfectly roasted spiced cauliflower, Mujaddara, the best rice and lentil dish and an elegant dessert of sweet stuffed dates. Liat will guide you through each step, sharing stories, techniques, and the cultural roots behind each dish.

Once the cooking is done, we’ll sit down to enjoy the delicious meal we’ve created—good food and good company

WHERE Community Kitchen, Level 1
COST: $75. Each ticket includes a glass of red or white wine or a non-alcoholic bubbly water. Additional glasses of wine can be purchased at the event.
