Paddle & Peace: A Floating Yoga Meetup with Lifted Spiritss
Join Lifted Spiritss for another magical paddleboard yoga gathering on the water! Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned floater, this session is all about inner peace, gentle movement, and soulful connection.

🕚 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (+ optional paddle & connect after!)
📍 North Park Lake – Meet on the water near the Boathouse at 11 (be ready and on the water by 11am so come early to prepare)
Here’s what to expect:
🌀 11:00 AM – Arrive ready on your board! Meet us on the lake, floating near the Boathouse.
🌬️ Opening 15-Minute Guided Meditation – melt into stillness as the water holds you
🔮 5-Minute Body & Chakra Scan – align your inner energy centers
🌿 20-Minute Gentle Paddleboard Yoga – slow, beginner-friendly movement (no standing poses!)
🕊️ 10-Minute Floating Shavasana – rest, restore, and let it all soak in
🚣 Optional Paddle & Connect After – stick around to explore the lake and meet other heart-led humans!
💧 This is a chill and welcoming meetup — no pressure, all flow.
🧘♀️ Please bring your own paddleboard or rent one from the Boathouse if needed.
🎟️ Free offering – love donations welcome but not required.
