Liver Pate wrapped in Smoked bacon served on black currant jelly with cornichons and sourdough toast.

Moules mariniere steamed in a delicate rose wine, garlic, butter and parsley served with French fries.

Pork Fillet mignon flash fried in Armagnac and a creamy mushroom sauce with baby potatoes and grilled cherry tomatoes.
