Border/line Poetic Dis/order: The Biennale Gallery, Jerusalem

Join us for the kickoff of a cross-Israel literary tour as four dynamic poets—Adeena Karasick and Leah Kogen-Elimeliah from NYC, Kirill Azernyi from Haifa, and Jerusalem’s own Lonnie Monka—bring their distinct voices, styles, and performance energies into one unforgettable night. Together they’ll tap into the charged, complicated, and deeply human mood of Israel today, offering fresh perspectives and live-wire language that crackles across borders.

Hosted in the Biennale Gallery (within the Jerusalem Biennale network), and set within the ongoing exhibition “Poems as Invitations” featuring contemporary works by Sara Benninga and Meydad Eliyahu, the evening promises to be intimate and full of surprise.
