Amanda Aiken is a 41-year-old lifelong Chautauqua County resident, wife and mother of two young children. On May 20 Amanda was diagnosed with stage three cancer and is now facing many months of treatment at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
After undergoing extensive surgery, she is not able to return to work.
A benefit is being held for Amanda and her family on August 17th at the Gerry Rodeo Grounds to raise funds for treatment and travel costs.
We are requesting donations in the form of gift cards, raffle items, Chinese Auction items, food, disposable plates, silverware, napkins, etc... We hope to be able to serve 350 dinners at this event. Anything would be a help.
Business donations will be advertised at the event.
