11th Annual AAHP Community Day 2025

Join us for the historic 11th Annual AAHP Community Day 2025! The event will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 9:00 am to 3 pm at Montgomery College, BioScience Center, Germantown campus, 20200 Observation Drive, Germantown, MD.

This year's event will include a walk/run/bike activity beginning at 8:00 am.

Community Day 2025 will include health screenings, exhibitors, various workshops and demonstrations, activities for children and youth, and a Zen Room to provide a calm environment to pause, relax, and practice easy meditation and journaling prompts. Supplies will be provided.

Workshops include estate planning, oral health and chronic disease, epigenetics, and more. Expect engaging panels and demonstrations on self-defense, fitness, healthy meals, and snacks. This event is designed to help our Target Population (the County’s Black Residents) prevent disease and support optimal wellness among youth, parents, and the community.
