Night Sky Viewing at Wildcat Hills

Join us for an evening at Wildcat Hills SRA to observe the Perseid Meteor shower. We'll have a high-powered telescope set up for incredible views of the night sky—including stars, planets, and maybe even a shooting star or two. This program will take place at the back loop of the park.

Bring along a blanket or chair, water, bug spray and a sense of wonder. Nebraska State Park permits are required for this FREE event and may be purchased in the parks drop boxes with exact change (Daily permits are $7 for a Nebraska license vehicle or $14 for a non-Nebraska registered vehicle) or check.
