Field & Flow: Outdoor Mat Pilates at Harford’s Greenhouses

Join Movement by Lauren in collaboration with Harford’s Greenhouses for a special Field & Flow experience. 🌿✨

We’ll begin with a 1-hour Mat Pilates class surrounded by the beauty of the fields, followed by time to relax around a cozy bonfire with coffee, tea, and light refreshments. This is the perfect way to move your body, connect with nature, and share a peaceful morning in community.

What to bring:

• Your own yoga/Pilates mat
• Comfortable layers to dress for the weather
• An open mind for movement & connection
• 🌿 Rain plan? We’ll flow inside the greenhouse (just as magical ✨)

Important to note:This is an outdoor event. Please dress warmly, and be aware there is no washroom on site.
