Set in the vibrant and theatrical world of Renaissance England, Something Rotten JR follows the Bottom brothers, Nick and Nigel, as they struggle to find success in the shadow of the rockstar playwright of the era—William Shakespeare. Desperate to outshine the Bard, Nick turns to a soothsayer who predicts that the next big thing in theatre will be musicals—stories told through song and dance. Inspired, the brothers set out to create the world’s very first musical, leading to a hilarious series of missteps, misunderstandings, and outrageous show-stopping numbers.

Packed with witty humor, catchy tunes, and heartfelt moments, Something Rotten JR celebrates the power of creativity, the importance of family, and the magic of theatre.
