Yoga for LGBTQ Community

A bi-weekly, donation-based, all-levels yoga class created exclusively for the LGBTQ+ community. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re a seasoned yogi looking to slow down, this class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect. You’ll explore foundational poses, alignment, and mindful flow to build confidence in your body and your practice. Led by gender-affirming instructors, you’ll be surrounded by others living their truth just like you.
