Over the course of this immersive 3-day workshop, you’ll learn the foundational techniques of prop manipulation, creative expression, and mindful movement. Whether you're brand new or simply curious, this experience is designed to guide you from exploration to embodied confidence.
You’ll move through a journey of skill-building and self-discovery, preparing you not only to connect with the flow — but to confidently perform in your own Dance with the Flame.
All props and materials will be provided. Just bring your curiosity and your fire within.
