Intro to Shamanic Journeying: Accessing Jaguar Energy to Transform Darkness to Love
Join Kim Denning in a powerful full moon evening for an introductory experience in shamanic journeying, an ancient meditative practice used for thousands of years to receive guidance, healing, and clarity. This circle is designed to gently open the door to journeying, using rhythm, intention, and connection to the unseen realms.
You’ll learn the basics of journeying through the rich ceremonial lens of Mesoamerican (Maya and Mexica) traditions. These lineages recognize the full moon as a powerful energetic portal—ideal for accessing insight and beginning a deeper inner dialogue. You’ll also be guided through a drum journey inspired by the Mayan day sign I’x, represented by the jaguar: a symbol of intuitive power, protection, and embodied courage.
