Board Training Series – 5 of 6: The Board’s Role in Effective Board & Committee Meetings is designed to help board members and nonprofit staff lead and participate in meetings that are focused, efficient, and impactful. Held in-person at the Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center, this session will cover best practices for setting agendas, facilitating discussion, encouraging participation, and driving strategic decision-making. Whether you’re chairing the meeting or contributing as a member, this training will equip you with tools to elevate your board’s meeting experience. Don’t miss this chance to make your board meetings more productive and mission-driven!
This training series includes six in-person sessions. Attendees are welcome to register for individual trainings that fit their interests or commit to the full series. Those who complete all six sessions will receive a certificate of completion and a LinkedIn badge to showcase their achievement.
