A daily meditation practice supports you through all the shifts, turns and turmoil of life. It keeps you grounded, resilient and present.

`Access Your Stillness´ is a guide to meditation, taking you step by step into the tradition of meditation as practiced by The Himalayan masters. You will receive a thorough guidance into each part of this specific practice.

The workshop is taught online only, allowing you to practice in the comfort of your own space. It also gives you the option of revisiting the practice and teachings afterwards.

The workshop builds a foundation for daily practices and can be followed by a session where you receive your personal mantra.
