Most of us breathe without noticing how the breath shifts under stress — faster, shallower, tighter.
Over time, this shapes how we feel: our clarity, energy levels, emotions, and ability to handle pressure.
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to help the body reset and settle into a steadier internal rhythm. It supports the release of accumulated stress, held emotions, and the softening of tension — an inner journey back to yourself.
In my sessions in Geneva, we explore:

• A grounded, trauma-aware approach rooted in safety, presence, and the body’s natural intelligence
