YOGA FOUNDATIONS WORKSHOP (M)
New to yoga or looking to deepen your practice? This workshop-style session breaks down the basics; from alignment and breath to key postures you'll see in most classes. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their form and build confidence on the mat.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA (M)
A guided, all-levels vinyasa class that links breath with movement in a fun and energizing flow. Expect to move, stretch, and reset while practicing outdoors in a beautiful park setting. Come as you are, modifications will be offered!

Held at Anderson Memorial Park.
